This guide explains how to add browser extensions to Firefox, enabling elements to be highlighted with a red frame when selected.
1. Procedure
- Open Firefox and click on the three-line menu in the upper right corner, then select "Add-ons."
- Click on the gear icon (Add-on Tools) within the screen.
- Select "Install Add-on From File."
- If you have installed to the default location, specify the path ""C:\Program Files\FPT Software\akaBot Platform\akaBot\BrowserExtensions\Firefox\akabot-1.1.6-anfx.xpi"".
*The "1.1.6" may vary depending on the installed version. - When the pop-up "Add akaBot? Requires your permission." appears, select "Add."
2. Private Window Setting
To enable the "Private Mode" property in the "Open Browser (NB)" activity of the "Native Browser" package added in Studio, you need to configure this setting.
Please configure it as needed.
- Go to the "akaBot" extension's "Manage" option from the "..." menu on the Add-on Manager's extension management screen.
- In the details, select "Allow" under "Run in Private Windows."
*When making this setting change, please note that all open windows, including tabs, will be refreshed.
