1. Configuration

Agent groups are associated with organizations for management purposes. By linking them, you can control which users are allowed to operate agents, enabling department-based operation.

2. Introduction to Organizations
Organizations allow you to manage related users collectively as a unit.

3. Agent Groups
You can group related agents and assign organizations that are permitted to operate those groups. When creating an agent group, linking it with an organization allows you to manage agents available to that organization. For example, an agent belonging to a group linked with the HR department cannot be instructed to execute workflows by the Finance department. Agent groups are also used for distributing and managing workflows.

4. Agents
Agents are managed in akaBot Center. By registering agents, you can centralize and manage them within the Center.
