1. Types
When running workflows from akaBot Center, there are two methods: creating and executing tasks or registering and executing them as schedules. If you want to execute a workflow distributed to an Agent from the Center, perform "Manual Agent Execution/Stop" with the Agent connected to the Center.
Refer to "Connecting Center and Agent" for details on connecting an Agent to the Center.
2. Task Execution
This method involves specifying the workflow you want to run and the agent group authorized to execute it, and then running the workflow. The task will only run once when created and cannot be reused.
3. Scheduled Execution
This method involves specifying the workflow you want to run and the authorized agent group, then registering and running it as a schedule. You can specify regular execution at set intervals or a one-time execution. The created schedule can also be executed manually immediately. Additionally, the schedule can be disabled if needed.
