Creating Roles

Let's look at how to create a role using the example of a "role that has view permissions for Workflow, Job, Schedule, Asset, and Queue resources, and no permissions for other resources."

  1. Navigate to Role Management
    • Select [Administration] > [Roles] from the menu and click the [Create New] button.
    • If [Role Management] is not displayed in the menu, ensure you have the necessary permissions.
  2. Assign Permissions
    • For each resource, check the desired permissions (in this case, view permissions for Workflow, Job, Schedule, Asset, and Queue resources) and click the [Save] button.

  1. Role Created
    • The role has been successfully created.
