Deleting roles

1. Role Deletion

To illustrate how to delete roles, let's use the example of deleting the role "ROLE_DEMO."

1. Accessing Role Management:
   • Select Administration > Roles.
   • Click the … button > Delete.
     
2. Confirm Deletion:
   • A confirmation screen for role deletion will appear.
   • Click the Delete button to confirm.

3. Role Deletion Completed:
   • The role has been successfully deleted.

2. Precautions

• Default Roles: Default roles cannot be deleted.
• In-Use Roles: Roles currently in use cannot be deleted.
• Error Handling: If deletion results in an error, check if the role is a default role or if there are users currently assigned to the role being deleted.
