Answer: This issue often arises because the activation code gets unintentionally modified when copying and pasting between machines:
- When a user activates the code on a server machine that cannot connect to the internet, the user usually pastes the activation code into an email and sends it.
- When sending the activation code via email to another computer with internet access for activation, the encoding part may no longer be as accurate as the original.
Workaround: Copy the activation code to a notepad file, then send the notepad file via email to the new computer. After that, copy it from notepad and activate as instructed.
