Resolving activity category visibility in akaBot Studio

Question: Why am I not seeing the activity category after uncommenting the items from RCAStudio.exe.config?

Answer:

To use AD (Active Directory) activities that are commented out in the config by default, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Installation Folder:
    • Go to C:\Program Files\FPT Software\akaBot Platform.
  2. Copy the DLL File:
    • Find RCA.Activities.ActiveDirectory.dll in the folder.
    • Copy this file to your Desktop.
  3. Create a New Folder:
    • On your Desktop, create a new folder.
    • Paste RCA.Activities.ActiveDirectory.dll into this new folder.
  4. Update akaBot Studio Settings:
    • Open akaBot Studio.
    • Go to Options.
    • Navigate to References Directories.
    • Add the new folder (containing RCA.Activities.ActiveDirectory.dll) to the references directories.

By following these steps, you should be able to see the AD activities in akaBot Studio after restarting.
