Studio/Agent online activation issues

Question: I can't activate Studio/Agent online.


Answer:

This issue might be due to the network policy on the machine blocking the API authentication call to the akaBot site, even though the computer has internet access and the user can access the site normally.

Steps to Resolve: Check the Server URL: Ensure there are no spaces or the "#" symbol in the Server URL.
