1. Activity Program Name

RCA.Activities.Core.DeleteFile

2. Description

  • For Studio versions up to 2.0.2.0:

Quick Access: "Toolbox" > "Core" > "Delete"

  • For Studio versions from 2.0.3.0 onwards:
    Quick Access: "Toolbox" > "Core" > "File" > "Delete"

Note: Files or folders that are deleted will not be moved to the Recycle Bin and will be permanently removed.

※ Note: Terminology or wording may vary slightly depending on the version.

4. How to Use (Folder)

Below is a real example of using the "Delete" activity:


Delete the "delete" folder.

In akaBot Studio, drag and drop the ① "Delete" activity into the designated sequence. Once the activity is added, specify the path of the folder you want to delete.

Below is an example screenshot.

To implement the example above:

② In Properties > From > Path, enter the path of the "delete" folder.

With these entries, the configuration for Delete is complete.


5. How to Use (File)

Below is a real example of using the "Delete" activity:


Delete "delete.txt" in the folder.

In akaBot Studio, drag and drop the ① "Delete" activity into the designated sequence. Once the activity is added, specify the path of the folder you want to delete.

Below is an example screenshot.

To implement the example above:

② In Properties > From > Path, enter the path of "delete.txt".

With these entries, the configuration for Delete is complete.
