This section introduces the screen layout and various features of akaBot Studio, helping you understand the basic functions of akaBot Studio.

1. Home

The home section provides key features such as creating new projects, saving, and debugging.

2. Designer Panel

In this panel, you place activities and create workflows. It allows you to visually understand the overall flow of the workflow taught to the robot.

3. Toolbox

Displays available activities. By dragging and dropping activities from this panel to the Designer Panel, you can add activities to your workflow. The search box at the top of the panel helps you quickly find activities.

4. Project Explorer

Shows the project folder you are currently working on. If you are creating multiple workflows, you can view other workflows and resources. You can also open folder locations or create new workflows and folders.

5. Properties Panel

Displays the properties of the activity selected in the Designer Panel. By setting values in the properties, you can create more advanced processes depending on the activity.

6. Workflow Outline Panel

Shows activities included in the workflow in a tree format, allowing you to understand the structure of the workflow. By selecting an activity in this panel, you can navigate to that activity in the Designer Panel.

8. Variables/Arguments Panel

This panel is hidden by default, but you can click to open it and view a list of variables/arguments.

  • Click "Variables": Displays the list of variables.
  • Click "Arguments": Displays the list of arguments.

9. Imports Panel

Displays the namespaces imported into the workflow. You can also import new namespaces using the search box at the top of the panel.

10. Error List Panel

This panel is hidden by default, but clicking to open it allows you to view a list of errors occurring at that time.

11. Output Panel

Displays logs and the output of the "Write Line" activity when executing/debugging workflows.
