If you are referring to Center's upload package function, unfortunately the upload APIs dont work with HTTPClient activity on Studio. You would need to upload a package through: Packages Repository->Create New on Center.

For posting file using Studio, HTTPClient activity can be used, and you can add attachment to the request using Attachments property and specify the file paths. The files will attached when the request is sent.
